SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Information

 

As our cakes are made to order, the type of cake you order will determine when it can be despatched to you. We will endeavour to send your cake to you as quickly as possible and will send you an email to inform you that we have received and are preparing your order and then email you when it is despatched. We only deliver to the UK Mainland, Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands

Where possible we use a trackable service for our orders. This allows us to despatch an order up to 20 Kilograms in weight. This is for a single despatch to a single address in the UK. Please note that it is essential that you give a correct address. Inaccurate addresses of postal codes may result in a failed delivery.

Delivery Charges:

Free delivery for orders greater than £25.

UK Mainland, Highlands and Islands £7.00

Northern Ireland £12.00 over 1250g

Channel Islands £15.00 over 1250g

REFUND POLICY

The Nut House will refund your purchase if for you are not happy with your order. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us within 2 working days of receipt by calling +447711795147 or emailing us at salesdesk@hawthorneandevans.co.uk 

 

If you are not happy with the quality of your cake you need to return the minimum of 80% of the product(s) with original packaging to obtain a refund

 

Due to the perishable nature of the goods we will collect the goods free of charge if the goods are faulty but if you have changed your mind we will deduct the cost of collection charges from your refund. Claims for breakages must be made within 2 working days of receipt of your order. We may offer an exchange or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
